How do I export reports?

While you can always view reports from within RiskManager, you can also export them to save and view them outside of the system.

To export a report:

  1. Go to Reports > Report List, and select your desired report. Note: if you don't see a list of reports, make sure you are viewing RiskManager as a manager.
  2. Organize the report by setting a date range and filter, or by selecting a column to sort the report by.
  3. When you are ready, you can export either as an email, PDF document, Excel spreadsheet, or CSV file by clicking the corresponding icon above the report.

Sending as an email: You can enter email addresses manually, separating each with a semicolon, or you can select the users you want to send the report to, which will add their email to the list of sendees. You can also edit the subject and body of the email, and choose whether you want the report to be sent as a PDF or an Excel document. When you’ve finished, click Email Report, or if you don’t want to send the email, close the window.

Exporting as an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file: The document will either download automatically or ask where you want to save it on your computer.

Exporting as a PDF document: The PDF will open in the RiskManager window, and you can choose to print or save it from there.
